The hotel is small, clean and quaint. We stayed there to complete travel via EasyJet from Ciampino to Paris after a Mediterranean Cruise. It served our one night purpose. The local train station is nearby if you want to head into Rome, . Ate at the local restaurant nearby(they speak some English, Spanish as well as Italian) and pastry shop, all within easy walking distance. Friendly staff, who assisted us by prearranging a taxi to airport for the next morning. Sufficient English to communicate with non Italian speakers. .

Road noise at front facing room; friends in rear room had a quieter experience. . No elevator or baggage assistance. Must schlep baggage up one floor to office to check in.

Near the train station with connections to Rome and to the airport by bus

The cigarrette smell in the room. None of the electric plugs worked. No gobblet provided.

could be better direction from train station to hotel

My partner booked this hotel for us as due to the volcanic ash flight disruption we had to move from the centre of Rome where hotels are very expensive to a cheaper hotel near Ciampino airport to await a flight back to the UK. The hotel met our needs and they kndly allowed us access to their internet, actively assisting us with language difficulties, in our attempt to find alternative flights which we very much appreciated. They also allowed us to provisionally book a further night which we subsequently cancelled.

Just a comment -This hotel would not be suitable for clients who could not climb stairs.

Near to Ciampino Station and Shuttle Bus for the Airport

No Breakfast

The hotel is good, clean, staff friendly and helpful. But hotel is far from Airport. Taxi ride to the airport cost 30 Euro. The same charge is from any location in Rome.

Good bathroom facilities and comfortable bed. Quiet with friendly staff.

We were very dissapointed to find we were not given breakfast. Our booking form specifically said that breakfast was included in the price and had been one of the reasons we had selected the hotel as we knew we had a long day ahead of us and a good breakfast was important..we were offered an apology but no reduction on the room price.

Clean rooms.

Even if close to the airport access is not easy. Hotel offers a 15 Euro lift to the airport which just is a 5 min ride. Asked for 5 Euros to use the Wifi.

Ordered a non-smoking room. The tiny room stinked-so did the bed. Had to have the window open all the time.

The convenience near to Roma and Ciampino airport and the town cosy and good eating especially at Marquise Gril.

Nice, clean and large room with a fine balkony. Helpfull staff speaking good english.
